Applying for a Michigan Saves loan is easy, so you can get started on improving your home’s energy use right away. As an authorized Michigan Saves contractor, we will be happy to walk you through the process.

LOAN DECISION IN MINUTES

Approved: When you receive your approval email. Please give us a call and we can help you with completing your membership and loan documents. We can begin work once we receive the completed documents.

Pending Approval: The lender requires additional information. Allow at least 15 minutes for the lender to receive your application, then call the number provided on the decision email.

Declined: If for some reason you are declined you will have to add a co-borrowerer or find another menthod of payment.
